AP Sevyn

AP Sevyn born Miaunna Elise Marie Seymour, is a 20 year old Rapper and R&B vocalist who was born in a small high crime rated town called Canton, Ohio in Stark County on November 19th, 2004. She was a home bound and family oriented child living in Ohio, growing up with 6 siblings (2 little sisters, 1 little brother, and 3 big brothers) not going out much or having friends. She went to a performing arts school for the gifted, located on the street with the highest crime rate in the city. (Shorb Avenue). Engaging in school plays, playing instruments like the violin, piano, and guitar, and taking dance and choir/vocal lessons. When she was 13, her family moved to Clayton County Georgia where she then spent her teen years uncovering what street life on the South Side of Metro Atlanta was really like. With problems arising in her home life and street violence around her, she was forced to grow thicker skin and had no choice but to pursue what she knew best and loved most, music. She invested in her own tech equipment with the money she got from working fast-food jobs in her city and started professionally releasing music in November 2023. Sevyn is currently an independent artist releasing music, owning her own masters, and doing local shows in Atlanta. Bringing a new sound to the industry AP Sevyn has written and released multiple singles. From shedding light on her come up in her single titled “Lil Tony Flow” a tribute to another young rising star her age “Lil Tony,” to slowing it down and showing off her vocals in “Laced With Love” and “No More Tears,” to bringing woman celebration to hip hop uplifting women in her singles “Geekin” and “Florida Flow.” Arising as a young star, she’s making her mark in the HipHop/R&B world as The “Aligned Presence” of “AP Sevyn!”
